A bit unprofessional on approach staff chatting and slouching over front desk. Once approached professional and friendly. Examination very professional and I felt confident with the result. On line booking system is a waste of time and needs massive improvement, surprised at boots!

It was a good and detailed eye test. However Boot's prices are now so high that I won't use them again, my lenses came to almost £400 and that is with me using my existing frames! Évery item is charged for highly, the varifocal lenses, the thinner lens type, the blue coating, anti-scratch coating, even £150 for fitting them into my existing frame!! My local, non-chain optician said they would charge around £200-£220 for this so I will go local from now on. Every 2 years the bill seems to increase by £100, ridiculous!
